Animals are welcome – just let us know in advance. We charge € 25,00 per day per animal.(without food)
Cancellation policy
Cancellation policy in accordance with Section 5 of the 2006 Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (ÖHV – Austrian Hotel Association)
A room/apartment must be cancelled in writing.
The Austrian General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (2006, Section 5, ÖHV) apply.
If in the event of a cancellation we are unable to rent out the room to somebody else, we shall be obliged to charge the following cancellation fees:
22 days before arrival you can cancel for free
21 days before arrival: 20% cancellation fees of the total amount
14 days before arrival: 30% cancellation fee of the total amount
7 days before arrival: 70% cancellation fee of the total amount
2 days before arrival: 80% cancellation fee of the total amount
No-show or 1 day before arrival: 100% cancellation fee of the total amount
You have the chance to change the dates – 14 days before arrival.
